We do not accept phones with water damage or malfunctioning Face ID.
The device you are selling must be fully owned by you.
Our team will assess your device's condition in-store, which may take up to 30 minutes per device. The initial quote may change if the actual condition differs from what was originally stated.
Upon completion of the evaluation, payment will be made via cash or bank transfer. Please note that bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.
A valid photo ID and proof of address are required for all trade-ins and buybacks. For iPhone 13 models and newer, as well as high-value devices, proof of purchase will also be required.
