3️⃣ Save Your Design Number
After finishing your design, please remember or save your design number.
4️⃣ Choose Your Case Type
When placing your order, please select the case type:

5️⃣ Add Notes in the Cart
In the cart or order notes section, please include:
Your phone model
Your design number
⚠️ Important: Make sure to leave both your phone model and design number, so we can produce the correct custom case.
6️⃣ Complete Payment
Once payment is completed, we will start producing your custom phone case.

Return Policy
We only accept returns for defective or faulty products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase to request a return. The item must be in its original packaging and condition, unused, with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received). We recommend using a registered and traceable service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
