How do I make a repair booking?

If you’d like to get your phone or iPad repaired with T Shine Case, you can make an online repair booking.  Simply follow steps and enter the details of the phone or iPad that needs repair, and indicate what problem(s) you are having with the device, and choose a store nearby you and a convenient date and time for your repair. You’ll receive an instant online price

What phone and iPad models do you repair?

We are able to provide iPhone/iPad/Samsung repair for a range of different issues for most models. We also provide a range of Oppo, Google Pixel and Samsung A series repairs (although these are not available in all locations, Please contact us to see the availability).

How do I book multiple devices for repair?

Our booking form is designed for booking single devices only. If you have multiple devices to repair you can submit multiple bookings or you can contact us via email and we can assist you with your booking. If you are a business or school and you are interested in using the T Shine Case service for your repairs, if you also have staff phones or other types of tablets, please contact us and we can discuss how we can help.

How do I reschedule my booking?

Need to reschedule your booking? No problem! Please email us to arrange a new date or time.

How do I cancel my booking?

Need to cancel your booking? Please contact us via email to let us know you no longer wish to go ahead with the repair. If you are having trouble locating these details, please contact us, and we will assist you with cancelling the repair.

I don’t see my issue listed on the booking form

If your issue is not listed on our booking form, please contact us via email to see what can help advise if we can repair your phone or tablet. Please note we are unfortunately unable to assist with software issues, device unlocking or network unlocking.
